California Days

I took a little trip to California to visit family and friends last week. My mom's side of the family is all in Sacramento and my Dad's side is here in Washington. When I was younger we used to go at least once a year to visit but this recent trip was my first in 3 years. I had a lot of fun, the weater was great, made some new friends, and spent some time with the newest additions (Emma and Isabella)to the ever-increasing family; Emma is 2 weeks old and Isabella is 6 months. Here are some random pictures from the trip in no particular order.

My uncle's Doberman, Tuse is a very big dog and quite mean looking at that. But he is the most friendliest dog I've met. All he ever wants to do is play and have his belly rubbed. Very awesome dog.

Longboard Story

A couple weeks ago my friend Victor purchased a longboard (not a skateboard but a surfboard on wheels). So we went riding down a hill (this was my first time riding one of these and for some reason I decided to go down long hill). Well have way down the hill I hit one of those little man-hole covers and went flying off the board and landed on some very hard pavement. Please see the pictures below. After lots of painful cleaning of the wounds my other friend Viktor (who currently works at Valley Medical) did some of his magic on my wounds and I was more-less back to new.

So the next week after my accident, I went out to Zumiez and bought my own longboard. Since then, about 4 other friends have purchased long-boards and we have a blast riding them at Alki Beach and wherever else we can.

Fireworks

After spending the whole day at Alki Beach playing volleyball, long-boarding, kayaking and hanging out, it was fun to just lay back and watch the fireworks. As fun as it was I don't think it was worth it because getting out of Alki was not easy, all roads were gridlocked and it took at least two hours to finally get out of there. Alana & Vitaly Part II

On our your second shoot together, Alana, Vitaly and I decided on Golden Gardensin Ballard. This was my first time here but I plan on coming here more often, this is an awesome place to hang out and also take pictures. Other than almost getting run over by a train this was a very fun shoot and I can't wait for their wedding. You can see the images from our first shoot here
